The NRL Victoria Storm Men’s and Women’s Premierships kicks off this weekend with the Senior’s competition taking a new look in 2022.
In 2022 NRL Victoria will run a First, Second and Third Grade competition across metropolitan Melbourne, with sixteen teams set to take part in the new look competition.
Taking part in the Men’s First Grade will be the Werribee Bears, Waverley Oakleigh Panthers, Truganina Rabbitohs, Altona Roosters, Northern Thunder and Casey Warriors, whilst the Sunshine Cowboys, Melton Broncos, Eastern Raptors and Pakenham Eels will compete in Second Grade.
Third Grade will see the Doveton Steelers joined by sides from the Waverley, Truganina, Altona, Casey and Northern Thunder clubs.
In the Women’s competition, three clubs will take part, the Truganina Rabbitohs, Werribee Bears and Altona Roosters.
