PNG National Rugby League competition franchise, the Kimbe Cutters, have announced their train-on squad for the 2022 Digicel Cup season.

The 43-man squad features players predominately from across the West New Britain provincial leagues, with only five import players named.

The import players are, Ismael Waine, Alex Max, Jah Hogen, Elizah Rotinga and Justine Yoka.

From the West New Britian local leagues, the Kimbe Dolphins provide the largest share, with eighteen players coming from the coastal town team.

Crosstown rivals, the Kimbe Marlins provide the next largest contingent with eight players.

Lucas Samak will coach the Cutters for the 2022 season.
