The TI Vikings have won the Cup Division in the inaugural Dadi Toka Pepsi 9s Rugby League Challenge played in Port Moresby over the weekend.

The three day event featured 32 teams from across the Motu Koita Villages & Port Moresby suburbs in outstanding and entertaining rugby league event at the Pepsi Konedobu Field and Sir Hubert Murray Stadium.

In the tournament Final, the Tatana based TI Vikings defeated Waidex to claim the Cup title, whilst the Hetoa Steelers won the Plate Division & Harbourcity Tornadoes won the Bowl Division.

The tournament was named in honour and supported by the Hon. Dadi Toka MBE, Chairman of Motu Koita Assembly & Deputy Governor of National Capital District.

It was coordinated by the Motu Koita Digicel Cup Franchise bid team.
