The Sao Paulo Raiders are the 2021 Brasil Men’s National Champions after the side defeated Urutau in Saturday’s Grand Final in Taubaté.

The Raiders huge forward pack were too strong for the Screaming Owls, as the Raiders recorded a 21 – 16 win.

Alcino Amato and Rogério Simoes both scored doubles for the Raiders, whilst Jeferson Azevedo, Lucas Domingues and Luiz Bussolo each crossed for Urutau.

The win caps off a massive season for the Raiders who also won the Men’s Nines earlier in the year.

In the third place play-off match, the Maringá Hawks defeated Taubaté 44 – 16.
