The Western Districts Warriors have successfully defended their NRL South Australia Metro Premiership title, defeating the Parra District Eels in Sunday’s Grand Final.
Taking place at Eric Sutton Reserve, the Warriors capped off their strong 2021 season campaign with a 36 – 22 win over the Eels in a competitive match at the home of the Rosewater Football Club.
The NRL South Australia Metro Premiership season featured five teams from across Adelaide in 2021. The Warriors claimed the competition Minor Premiership, with the side only losing one game all year.
