The Hills Bulls remain outright leaders in the Ron Massey Cup after a tight 26 – 24 win over the Glebe Dirty Reds.
Despite the Reds starting the match strongly thanks to halfback Wyndham Peachey scoring two quick tries and setting up another to establish an 18 – 0 lead, the Bulls slowly chipped away at the Dirty Reds lead secure a late win through centre Shane Kiel and a Tom Carr conversion.
In other matches, the Kaiviti Silktails fell just short against the Windsor Wolves, going down 30 – 26, whilst St Marys continued their undefeated start to the season with a 58 – 22 win over the Ryde Eastwood Hawks.
