Following the success of the inaugural Nines competition in October, the Hong Kong Rugby League has confirmed that they will host a second event this May.
The event will be held on Labour Day (May 2nd) in at Kings Park in Kowloon.
The inaugural Hong Kong Rugby League Nines involved four teams from around the region, with the Mong Kok Creepers emerging victorious over the Coastal Creepers.
Other teams that took part in the tournament included the Wai Chan Warriors and Hong Kong Hunters.
The Hong Kong Rugby League Nines is the first of a series of competitions and events planned by the HKRL in 2016, including the Hong Kong Thunder’s (National Team) first international clash.
